How To Request A New Feature

In common with many organisations that use Agile methods to develop their products we use user stories to provide the developer direction. As such user stories can be thought of as derivatives of use cases. We really need to get to the bottom of the responsibility of the state change (rather than the owner of the state condition) combined with the method of changing the value (i.e. Integrity or something else).

To put that into context we'll then propose a set of one or more user stories and that will form the basis of the work. If we agree that they capture the requirement then we'll estimate and propose a number back. From there you can decide if that works and we will schedule the work. Your account representative will help you work through the details of the scheduling process as well as how to accept the feature.
