All queries for Integrity support can be categorised into either of:

  • Question/Clarification
  • Request for Service
  • Incident
  • New Feature

The support process flow for such items is as follows. Please note: an Integrity Support Form is available where a user does not have access to raise a JIRA item. This completed form should be emailed to the support email address supplied for the process below to commence. File:Example.jpg
